They sprayed sanitizer in the car before taking it, covered the seats and steering wheel. I had a good experience and my service advisor, Jeremy, was very responsive and helpful.

Customer service was great, as always. The only issue I had was them not resetting the service light after getting a service and oil change. I called the next day and was told that I would need to come back in to have it reset. I don’t live in the area so I had to go to another dealer to get it done. It’s not a huge issue, just inconvenient.
Well organized, and friendly employees. Happy to work with them, serviced in a timely manner, even with no set appointment. Would be happy to work with them again. Jeremy Taylor (service advisor) was very knowledgeable with warranty and service operations. Happily would recommend to any fellow Volkswagen owners!
I was looking on-line for a replacement for my Jetta TDI. I found it. They had it. I came in just as it was rolling off the truck.
Assistant Service Manager Bryant Hall, is a big asset to the Service Department, at Heritage Volkswagen. His knowledge of the TDI maintenance, and his professionalism is very high. The TDI Technician did not leave a stone unturned in the servicing of my vehicle.
The employees were very professional and fixed my car in a timely manner! It was truly a wonderful experience and will come again in the future.

Went to Heritage VW to have some warning lights checked out. My service rep was quick to touch base with me as I waited in the lounge. I appreciated everything being explained clearly. I also felt comfortable waiting there during these COVID times. Everyone was wearing masks, seats in the lounge were spread out. I was very pleased with the usual professionalism and extra steps they are currently taking.

I can’t say enough great things about Rufus, Chris, and AJ. So much so my wife and I drove from Miami to buy a car from them. My only disappointment will be that Heritage VW of South Atlanta is to far of a drive to have my Atlas serviced there. I’ll be back to buy my next VW there though!

I always like come to your dealership there in Union City ,my first car was a New Volkswagen Beetle the first one when they came out in 1999,in 2003 I upgraded and kept that car until 2018 and now have the last one. So I guess you Volkswagen Beetle fan at heart, I love the customer service there.me and Bill Kenny from day one 1999. I don't want to forget Amr Hallaba he sold me my second Volkswagen Beetle even the guys in the service department are outstanding.

The service was great! I would have provided 5 stars but I had to wait almost an hour to get loaner (Enterprise) car. When the car arrived, it was dirty (windows, steering wheel).

G helped me with my car I had a recall and a repair on a light but the wait time wasn’t long G answer all my questions and told me I was gonna need some maintenance on the car soon . They didn’t have to check everything on the car but they did thanks keep up the good work

Service department staff were excellent and provide a quick turnaround time. Oil and filter change and inspection was completed quickly. One on one with the service advisor after the service was good.
